Feeling peckish? Fancy a change of scenery?
Paris. It’s not all about the snails and frogs’ legs on the Champs Elysées…let’s see what else is on offer.
In this series of fresh and vibrant culinary travel shorts, we discover the culturally diverse delights being served up in the French capital and get a flavour of the local neighbourhoods in the process.
In each 2-3 minute episode we meet a charismatic chef cooking up a storm in their hole-in-the-wall café, restaurant, food truck or market stall. While preparing their speciality dish we discover their story, their neighbourhood, the story behind their dish…and the secret to making it.
For example:
Visiting the markets and cooking Vietnamese noodle soup ‘Pho’ in Belleville, Paris’ 2nd Chinatown. see below

The star of each program is the chef…. and his/her dish!
Images are of the chef, the area, the clients, the ingredients, the preparation of the dish and finally the presentation.
The editing uses split screen, voice over and soundscapes in an upbeat colorful and funky style.
Each program will end with the recipe. See sample episode below.
